Probably you are just sweaty down there and needs more hygiene / shower. Sprinke on talcum powder - keep the area dry and clean.. wear more airy clothing???

I am suffering from piles. Mine is more extenal. You can feel lumps at your asshole or beside it. Sometimes I need to use my fingers to push them into my asshole, if not will feel itchy. Need to do this or risk having your next big business with fresh blood.

Bought cream/gel from Japan to help with it.

See your GP. No joke need long term medication and diet change.

Mine comes and goes. Fried food, especailly those re-fried food or overused oil, will case them to appear again.

Trust me everytime I go big business, I will check for blood. Kinda sucks to have piles.
