6 days ago: BBBJ by this GL WL
2 days ago: slight itch in Pennis tip
Today: Slight sting when urinating
No discharge, but when pinched softly the tip of my penis hurts.
I am waiting to see if any discharge tomorrow onwards.
Any clinics specialising in this in central or west which I can visit? Don't want to do the whole tests thing but just want a quick once off medical fix without questions.
My intention is to treat everything first and cleared before going for the full tests. If not it means I literally need to pay for the full tests twice.
Any advise?

what you mean by discreet bro? any neighborhood GP clinic also got the same level of patient confidentiality. if i recall correctly, most also have the 'treat first, test later' mentality in regards to UTI/STDs whatever the cause so they won't make you test if you don't want to
anyway i think if you go to a 'specialized' or well known sexual health clinic, being seen in there isn't particularly 'discreet' either if thats what you are referring to

Thanks for the advice. I did have gornorrea twice before in the last 15 years or so.
Both times there are similar discharge at this stage in terms of time. So this time I am unsure what is it. Could it be chlamydia with very slight and almost unnoticeable clear discharge?
I mean, what can the doctor do if such are the symptoms? Just give some generic antibiotics to clear UTI?

oh man.. why do u keep on having bbj and then worried about getting std?
the only way to be sure is to be tested with or without the symptoms. so go get yourself tested;)

I have to respond to this. Please see a doctor, get properly tested and get properly treated.
Using "generic antibiotics to clear UTI" for Gonorrhea is exactly why the world is facing the threat of multi-drug resistant Gonorrhea.
This is a REAL THING. And it could happen to you.
I have had 2 patients already with multi-drug resistant Gonorrhea. One had to be admitted to hospital because the ONLY antibiotic left that can be used can only be given intra-venous. The other patient was resistant to EVERY SINGLE antibiotic so basically there was no way to cure him.
I feel passionately about this because antibiotic resistant infections it is a real threat that affects all of us.
You don't have to come to see me. Just see a doctor who is familiar with gonorrhea treatment like DSC.

Oh, I do get tested and properly treated the previous times. And along with the full STD screening and test. I am just a little confused by the symptoms this time and i do wanna ensure the doctor I am seeing realize this and do not prescribe me with generic drugs as mentioned.
