Recently went to MP had a hj only.Never had sexual intercourse in years.1 day later when fapping realise got lesions(painless red small spot) on penile head and little blood.Any bro encountered before?Very worried that it is something serious.Bros please advise

I had something similar twice... Dr says it just hygiene, asking if I change underwear daily or did some funny things ...

Once was because I took the wrong prepacked luggage overseas, one without underwear and sleepwear. Ended up on a one week MTG trip sleeping naked in hotel and commando style...

The other was probably visiting a MP... I smelled reused towels but didn't suspect much...
Was prescribed antiseptic cream...
