I very rarely pull back my foreskin because it hurts so fucking much. And even when I pull it back, I think the skin around the base is too tight, making my dick purple red.

I usually put on condom myself without pulling the skin back.

Anyone else got this problem? How do you solve it? Is the only way to surgical circumcise?

From my personal experience sex is better after circumcision.

Removal of the foreskin exposes the glans fully and it is the glans that provides the best sensation of all.

Unless you wear condom, the skin will go back and forth, exposing the glans anyways (and dis is very stimulating for ladies), so i don't see how circumcision is better for sex. But to each their own, as long both parties cum and have fun :D

I had the same problem when I was young.

I remembered I alway tried to pull the foreskin a bit whenever I bath. But on an occasion, I accidentally pull it all the way back and it got stuck. As my penis was very sensitive (very young then), I got a full erectiion making the situation even worst. My penis head was red and swollen.

I quickly tried to push back the foreskin to cover the penis head, but can't and seem stuck.

So I waited for a while till my penis went limb and slowly, I managed to pull the skin back.

From then on, whenever I bath, I'll push back and forth and my foreskin was stretch. Soon, my problem was solved without the need to circumcise.

I guess depend on which stage you are in. If your is tight but can still stretch, you can try the exercise that bro described to stretch it and hopefully it can lessen a bit and solve your problem.

If your is totally closed and left with just a small hole, better to get it remove for hygenie reason too as every time you pee, it is ballon up and you cannot clean it

if yours is tight, try pulling the foreskin back when unerected, and leave it there while wearing boxers
it may feel uncomfortable at first, but the skin will stretch out over time
i did it when i was in my secondary school, if your skin has some parts attached-glued to the glans, doctor can prescribe some cream for it to de-attach from the skin over time.

I do not disagree with the other folks that have replied, but are you sure that this description you made is really a problem and the only problem that you want to solve? Why I say so is because our Asian penises are naturally not the same length as Westerners´, it is also not rare having foreskin that is tight and hurts when you pull it back. There are always some Westerners that have foreskins that are like tee shirt sleeves that can be rolled up and down at will. It is not always the case in Asian races.

I still remember when I was in Secondary One and the Ministry of Health came by and asked us to strip and pull our foreskin back before the missies, everybody had the same challenge i.e. it is not easy pulling the foreskin back with our dry hands. Maybe a suggestion is that you ask your mother if she had the same problem with your dad´s foreskin, it could be genetic. In my case it helps when I am aroused because when I am aroused and the penis is slightly wet with secretion, let us say you are trying to wash the underside of the foreskin, when you see a pretty girl and are keen on jerking off already, the skin rolls back itself more naturally. When it does, usually you can see all the filth that can accumulate since God knows when, just use some soap and water and rinse it, and a soft cloth can help too.

If it is too psychologically traumatic doing all this by oneself, chances are sooner or later you need an assistant of the opposite gender.

Dude, go get a circumcision. I did it and wish I've done it earlier. If you wear condoms (and you should), the inner foreskin and glans of the circumcised dick is always exposed and gets maximum stimulation.

And your phimosis will never trouble you again, and will also never "return" since there's no foreskin. It's also more hygienic and girls actually like a nice clean dick.

I had the same problem, actually still have it but to a lesser extent now. As with some of the other bros that have posted, I just made sure to stretch it as much as possible, in the shower or during wanking. It does help to stretch the foreskin over time. :)

i have similar issue, my tip of the foreskin have those tiny white pearls like and when i'm erected i could feel the my glans went numb after sometime :/ So i assume i have to let it go erect and pull up and down a few times in the shower? I'm not sure what are those to be honest but they are not on the glans. My tip or end of the my foreskin is the one that is causing issue. I could pull my foreskin back when erected but it will be tucked below the glans but when i get more excited (become harder or bigger) (example using a onahole) will feel tight on the shaft as the tip of my foreskin is restricting blood = glans numbing. I can still cum but i don't think what i'm experiencing is normal.

I had the same fear as you as well thinking wtf is happening to me and my brother.
At a later stage, i realised it's more of yeast infection which could be removed by eating some medication and regular cleaning. Are you very big sized? Diabetic?
Till date i have yet to circumcise(scared to go thru the pain being old already, and not want to spend money and other inconveniences). But the yeast only came up once in a long while and goes off when i wash my penis. My advise is to make sure u clean your penis head regularly. But of course if you're scared, go see a doctor.

A year after mysnip, i 100% recommend you to get circumcise. tried all sorts of cream/pulling back etc but it will get worse if you are not careful. I got refer by polyclinic to hospital. few hours day surgery and ready for full action in 3 month. sex is more enjoyable now. you can pm me if you have any question :)
