None works. Trust me I tried. Moreover what you mean a few? PPP is found around the circumfence of your penis head.

I tend to agree that it could be a wart. PPP usually looks like this :

This is comparison between PPP and Condyloma (Warts)

Get it checked out by a medical professional.

There is no way to remove it.

pearly penile papules are a normal, entirely harmless anatomical variation that cannot be transmitted between individuals.
Pearly penile papules are a common skin variation and are estimated to be present in roughly a quarter of adult males, with actual percentages reported between 8 and 43 percent.

Bro,heard from dermatologist.if it is a wart, can ask for podophyllin,a very strong controlled liquid medication that can only be obtained from government health bodies like National Skin Centre not private clinics.

I went to a clinic and had a male doctor examined mine. He says not to worry, its dry skin.

Try aloe vera gel or pimple cream. Aloe vera Works better for me. Pimple cream always left the skin dried. But both are not permanent remedy. After few days application, it’s gone and when I ran my finger across the surface, the skin is smooth. They came back more easily when I PCC. No idea why. Also they are easily irritated by toothpaste and certain brand of body wash.

I went to the clinic, and remove it.
it took about 30-45 mins, first they will put some numbing cream.... then burn it off. Sound scary.... but I think is worth it.

I did one visit.
Just online search and the clinic is will be the first one.

The money paid is totally worth it,as mine the doctor said looks very bad (like the whole rim) and after the treatment my manhood doesn't have those pearls anymore.
