Hi, recently i bonk a girl... However during action, my dick went soft . After it became hard again, the condom was not as firm as before. Somemore Ky was applied and make condom slippery. I continue bonking and suddenly feel that feeling is different. Not sure if the condom slip off inside her pussy or what... After i cum, i pull out my dick from her pussy and found that it only covers the head of penis (maybe lesser than that), as if like it gonna slip off any moment from my penis head. I hold onto the condom and pull out the rest of condom from her pussy. It is not difficult to remove it from my penis head either. I stare at the condom and found my sperm loaded inside.
Now i am worry that did the condom slip off inside her pussy and when i thrust, the condom fit back into my penis head? And just nice when i pull out, the condom stick back to penis head...worry of being infected...

Go to a qualify doctor ASAP.
If worry about HIV, get PeP within 72 hours (Best within 48 hours).
Get yourself a full checkup after the window period.
Whatever comfort you get here does not reduce any risk of contacting SDT.

Hi, recently i bonk a girl...
Who is she? fuck buddy? lover? stranger? sex worker?
If you know her personally take her to get tested. If she's clean then your fears should be allayed.

See a doctor asap to receive sound medical advice.
If the condom slipped off it carries the same risk as unprotected sex.

Yes, will visit doctor tomorrow for Pep.
I'm just worried that it slip off inside her pussy and stick back to my penis because when i pull out, the condom is still covering part of my penis head and there is sperm in the condom....

Hi All, I did not went for Pep. Dsc doctor tell me not needed.
2 Reason below :
1) Condom still attached half of penis head.
2) He gave me a brochure about Pep and it indicate the estimated risk as:1/2500 which is about 0.04% . Furthermore, condom did not totally slip off during withdraw , multiply by 1/10 for unlicensed. Licensed will be a multiplication of 1/100 . So risk is 0.04% * 0.1 = 0.004%
Conclusion : Not needed. Even without condom, he will not recommend because the percentage is still low. Pep is for Anal or needle sharing which had higher risk than intercourse. With all said, it is still better to use condom. YOLO is not applicable here.
For more info on estimated risk:

Before I get into this, I would first like to say that I think the Dr at DSC gave you very good sound and logical medical advice and he is a really good professional Doctor. I mean this literally. Am not being sarcastic.
Now for my point.
If you look at the PEP guidelines, patients are designated various risk levels based on source risk, transmission risk etc
At each risk level PEP is recommended, not recommended or "based on individual case details"
Now, please note that it says not RECOMMENDED. The guideline does not say not NEEDED.
Basically the Dr is taking the risk upon himself to tell the patient that after weighing up the pros and cons, the cons outweigh the pros and PEP is not recommended.
Lets look at the facts. Yes 0.004% is extremely low risk but it is not zero risk.
If a person holds up a TOTO ticket in front of you and ask you if he will strike 1st prize you would probably say No. But he CAN.
Probability is different from possibility.
So again I say the Dr you saw at DSC was a very good Dr. I just wanted to point out these kind of tough decisions faced by us on a daily basis.
0.004% is 1 in 25,000. In a Dr's lifetime, if he sees 25,000 patients in the same situation and tells all of them they do not need PEP, statistics bear the fact that 1 patient will come back to sue him for giving wrong advice.

During my student days I dreamed of becoming a doctor in order to do good in the world.
I ended up doing good by running a porn site. :D

Hi Dr Tan,
I would like to say your post is enlightening, but I would like to add my opinion and request that you correct me if I'm wrong.
The percentage 0.004% refers to a randomly selected member of the general population. A person who visits a clinic specifically to be tested or to seek STI-related advice is hardly a representative member of the general population.
To put it in another way, shouldn't we be considering posterior probability, that is, recognizing the risk to be higher than 0.004%, conditioned on the fact that he habitually engages in high risk activity.

If I am TS, I will go for Pep. It is about risk assessment and paying a few k is lesson learnt for me. If I kana anything, even paying $20k is irreversible.

From what I understand of the TS's post, the 0.004% was a number quoted to him for his particular exposure by the Dr at CDC.
So I used it as an illustrative example.
However I completely agree with you. For a Doctor working on sexual health, the average risk of his average patient will certainly be higher than the average risk of the general population.

People go on and on trying to convince themselves they have not caught anything based on statistical analysis but at the end of the day there are only two outcomes... you have either caught something or you haven't.
The only way to tell is to get tested.

You need to do your checkups on a regular basis and not only when you think you've had a risky exposure.
As they say, the price of peace is eternal vigilance.
