Hi,

I have a Samsung Note 4, but the screen is broken. I would like to recover the files inside. The USB is not debugged. The phone has pattern and password lock. Only screen broken.

Anyone know how to gain access to all the files inside?

cant u just change a screen?

i am no expert.. but isnt it just plug and access? unless u have no password then u will need to crack the password..

broken screen doesnt affect how the phone works..

All the files should be available in your backup copy.

If you backup to the cloud then restore the backup to another phone.

Same thing if you backup to your computer.

note 4 screen is bloody expensive. No point getting if im not gonna use the phone anymore.

If you don't backup your phone how on earth do you copy your data over when you get a new phone? :confused:

Samsung phone has this thing call smart switch. everything single thing can be copied over to the new phone. But if other things like images all, those are in SDcards, can just switch. But now my problem is the phone is still working, but the screen is gone thats all.

anyway, this is a spare phone. just that there some old stuff inside that i need.

That assumes that your old phone is still around and everything works. Rather risky if you ask me.
