Any idea how to activate the option?

What happened? Where were u trying to post? Did u get any error message..
Click on the load pic icon and upload your picture..
If u are using the mobile version. Try switching to full version and see if u can upload the pic

I went into the upload photo page.

After uploading nothing happens and it went back to the default page.

Was OK few months back

Try reducing the size of the file.. And also make sure the file type is supported.

You need to enter the url of the image and not the url of the page that contains the image.
