For the dialysis, it's because my family has a history of diabetes and a good amount of them visit the Dialysis Centres pretty often.

Volunteerily, i help pack dry food and get the food in pecking order so as to cater for a total of 233 families island wide who need food supplements in a monthly basis. This organisation gets sponsors to donate food stuff and they need helpers to pack them in accordance to the no. of paxs for each family.

Meaning if you have 3 members in your family there is a certain amount that you would be entitled to, if 7 of course you get more. It ranges from neccessities like sugar, Milo Powder, Diapers if the family have a baby, Rice and other stuffs.
