Why is it that HCs are not raided by AVs?:)

HC have Massage Establishment License issued by the Police Licensing Unit. They are conducting a genuine business. They are no reason why the AV should raid HC unless there is a complaint or just a routine inspection of the proper.

The WLs from HCs are well disciplined and kept 'indoors' so as not to invite complaints from the public or property owners.

I think to raid a HC is much more difficult than a TN if u compared the size and number of rooms they have.....hehehe....anyway, i really dun hope to see AV in action during my chionging in HC!:p
