有关网站，提供大量女性裙底照片以及录像。网站声称，所提供的照片以香港、马来西亚以及本地的女性为主。还 确保所有照片都是偷拍的。网站甚至标明，网友只要成为付费会员，就能看到受害者的样貌。

色情网站的课题，在新动网上引起广泛讨论，而受访的公众担心这类网站入侵本地，对女性的日常生 活构成威胁。

公众表示，“我听说的以前是在国外啦，现在要是是真对在本地的话，但这些人真的是很猖狂，很不 正常。”

“这么缺德的人，惟有停止这样的行动才是上策，因为女人穿裙是很正常的。”

警方表示，裙底照片的个案在过去两年有上升的趋势。资料显示，2005年共有39起女性被偷拍的案件。20 06则上升到50起。而单在今年首六个月就有29起。自2005来，已经有47个人因偷拍裙底照而 被捕。

警方表示，喜欢穿短裙的女性应该更注意周围的环境，以免干案者有机可乘。受访的公众认为，不应该浏览这类网 站。

公众表示，“如果没有人陪他们欣赏的话，他们就不会继续去找新的猎物。”

“你根本不知道被拍的受害者其实是你的亲人，或者是你认识的人， 你的朋友，你不想他们受到伤害，只是想保护他们，所以不去看不就没事了。”

警方表示，如果公众发现自己的裙底照片在网上流传，应该报警。偷拍女性裙底照片者，一旦罪名成立，将面对长 达一年的监禁。

Boss has set up a special thread for picture exchanges. Any picture postings out of the picture thread may be deleted and penalised (i have seen -999). So think better to be careful. :cool:

In response to your earnest request and since I got nothing to do [since no new tom yam contacts from Bro DK] I just got the subject Chinese script translated ad verbatim:

[Asia News] The evil of using handphones to secretly photograph ladies, has become serious as the day goes by. Xin Dong Wang [??] website users have left messages claiming that certain websites are providing shots and clips of upskirt images of local girls, accessible via a paying membership.

That subject website provides numerous shots and clips of ladies' upskirt images. The website also declared that all images and clips were mainly of ladies from Hong Kong, Malaysia and locals [PRC?]. It further guaranteed that all images and clips were taken without the knowledge of the victims. It further specified that in order to view the faces of those victims, one has to pay for the membership to obtain such a priviledge.

This sort of sexual espionage has created some rigorous discussions over the internet. Some of those interviewed, were greatly concerned when such practices had taken hold in the local scene, would pose a threat to the daily lives of ladies as a whole.

The general public opinion was: " These sort of practices had been well known in foreign countries, but now, if they were to introduce this practice locally, then, they were over the board and perverted"

"Such unscrupulous fellows should cease such practices as it was very normal for ladies to wear skirts!"

According to the police, cases of upskirt images had been setting an upward trend. Data had shown that there were 39 such cases reported in 2005; whereas in 2006 cases had surged by 50%, while this year alone for the past 6 months, 29 cases were reported. There had been 47 arrests made since 2005 concerning such illegally taking upskirt images and clips.

The police advised that ladies who like to wear short skirts should pay particular attention to the surroundings, as not to provide opportunties for those perverts to commit such a crime. Those who were interviewed advised against the public from accessing and surfing on such websites. They added that without any of you participating in viewing those images and clips being posted, those perverts would no longer being motivated to search for more quarries.

"You will definately not able to know whether those victims were your close relatives or acquaintances or friends; and you will definiately won't harbour the idea of letting them to become victims of such scam and should go all out to protect them from being harmed...thus, "don't view them , nothing will happen" so to say"

Police advised those who had been victims to such illegal upskirt photography scam, should lodge police reports. Those found guilty will likely to be jailed for a year.
