How to up/zap other user?

Hello, I have been here for quite some time but still unsure of how can you up or zap somebody. Would love to give some users up point because they have helped me one way or another. Thanks in advance :)

you need to have rep power before u can up or zap another samsters rep points... ( min 10 post and 50 rep points to get any rep power)
