What I understood via some Thai club owners, is that these designated red light districts have most of their sex workers sent back to their home countries. Same goes to these Thai clubs, which have to be remained shut for now. Not sure whether they can survive this long winter. Bottom line: all of these sex workers or these individuals without valid passes issued by MOM or ICA, will have to be sent back to home country.

Until there's a COVID19 vaccine or Singapore enters stage 2 of Phase 3, then all these individuals can re-enter Singapore...
