very normal
probably the problem lies in your mind
like porn addiction etc
try and go MP and let the girl tease you / hj
if it stands within a short time, then no problem. need to test it out with a real girl to see how deep your problem lies.

Completely stop watching porn and fapping. Find an ugly girl to fuck.
If 2 weeks doesn't work, try 3 weeks. Then 4 weeks.

Possible is also anxiety and lack of real life experience. If you are nervous your body tensed up and hard to achieve erection. You must learn to be relax in real life. Unless you are hardcore porn addicts, I don't think that matter. I watch porn too and have no problem with erection in real life.

Same prob here, girl has to be pretty if not hard to maintain erection. Sometimes I need to look at their face irl while fking.
Worse as I seldom come via penetrative sex. only oral and HJ does the trick
Maybe fap too much lol

Internet Porn causing sexual dysfunction is a real thing.
Read this article by Dr Bryan Park:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5039517/
It talks about porn giving supernormal stimulus and the neuroplasticity of the brain adapting to this
I have seen patients who literally have to watch porn on their phones while having sex with their partners
In medical circles this is treated very much like an addiction. Stop watching porn is certainly the first step. Temporary use of medicines like Viagra to allow you to perform while your brain adapts away from porn may also help.

Masterbation is just hand moving over cock. Actual sex requires you to move the entire body. How is your fitness level? Any health issues like hypertension? You may not have the fitness to have sex till you cum.

Doctor, certainly brain / mental state has a big role to play. Like how stress totally kills performance :) Concern about using meds is that, again, mental state might shift to psychological dependence on it. Is this a possibility and creating a new problem?

You are absolutely right. We are concerned about creating a psychological dependence on meds. What some Doctors do to overcome this is to give these meds on a scheduled dose rather than a on-demand dose. In my personal experience, most of my patients actually are able to stop using the meds and do not develop a dependence.
Of course if the patient can recover without meds that will be ideal. I have tried referring some patients to a therapist/counsellor but many times the counsellor advises the patient to come back to see me for meds.
It is a challenging issue and I certainly admit western medicine does not have ideal solutions.
