Would like to know if this is lymphocele of the penis. As i have been dry humping my partner is quite a rough manner. Any bros here can determine and also suggest what are the steps needed to have it recover without going to the doctor?

It does look like an ingrown hair I had after I shaved my penis shaft. But I doubt you shave right? considering the amt of hair
