Bump at pubic hair area

Hi, i have some painless non-itchy bumps like at the hair area. Not sure whether i have cut myself while shaving. its been there for roughly 2-3 months already. Was wondering what is it. Thanks.

Update.

Went to get it treated at Prudence Clinic @ Bishan by Dr Goh. Did cryotherapy blast twice at each wart. And took Gardasil 4 vaccine too. Doctor was patient and answered all the qns i had.
Blast areas are red now and bearable pain. Hopefully warts drop out. Thank you Doctor Tan for advice.
