Deluxe Spa @ Federal Hotel - Went at 10pm just as they were about to close, luckily they still let me in. They close at 10pm btw. Dmg was RM280 for 1 shot. They only have 4 local ladies working I think 2 Malay 2 Chinese. The papasan will bring them out one by one for you to choose. Service was pretty standard, don’t expect too much, in and out about 20 mins.

Spent 5N in KL for a friends wedding. Stayed at the W Hotel and here are some experiences to share:

Genesis Spa at HSBC Buildling at the Bukit Bintang area:
First day i tried, they had faulty electricals and so i decided to to Hokkaido.
Came back here on the second day evening. Tried indo girl - shiok. Forgot her name. Nice minah body, perky boobs and butt, got the works from her and paid M$250.
They can also arrange for the girls to go to your hotel - i prefer exploring as i don't frequent KLso no point to get numbers or wechat contact.

Hokkaido Spa also at Bukit Bintang area:
Hokkaido offers similar range of girls from different countries. Mix offer and i think its a hit and miss depending on your luck. I took a Viet girl and it was commercial but fun. Here's the fun listing i will share if you are up for an adventure.

Go to Google Map and search for Alor Boutique Hotel, this is the Changkat Bukit Bintang stretch. Its a gentle downward slope to a stretch of massage spas plus others. You can walk down towards a 100m or so stretch of spas / parlors towards 53, Jalan Changkat Bukit Bintang.

If you are up for some quick and dirty treats, go to toward number 53, in between "Best Friend" and "Sky Blue Relax" is a narrow alley upstairs to a private and discreet "spa". You can't go up yourself, there are tonnes of girls out here offering you "services" and once u agree, they will take you up. BBBJ starts at M$50 a pop. Some girls are quite cute and range between 20s to late 30s. Towards 7-11, there are some nicer girls that will offer the works.

This whole stretch has legit foot spas, and if you like the masseuse, ask her for a full body massage. Some will offer BBBJ and strip completely nude, the rest is up to you.

A good time to visit this stretch is around 1030pm where it gets really busy and the choices are wide. If you see what you like, you can offer them to your hotel. On my third night, i came back here and looked for the same girl at midnight, and took her back with me since it was late, she agreed for M$ 500, she stayed the night, we banged three times, twice in bed, once in the shower in the morning.

So there ... a fairly good Changkat guide for you. Remember, the legit spas in there also has other offerings but u need to ask for body massage as nothing happens with foot massage as its out in the open.

I was short if taking photos because I totally understand how it is overseas when we could be pressed for time or when choices get overwhelming.

My general rule of thumb (anywhere) is to avoid touts trying to sell. I had one granny approach me telling me she has many pretty young girls.

Personally, I go straight to the girl I want and negotiate directly. Much easier. Avoids potential bait and switch etc.

Some girls here work directly for the spa they stand outside of. And I make sure they are the ones massaging me.

For those more of a freelance type. I will ask if they are operating out of a spa or apartment etc. I don't want to end up with one kidney missing.

Just got back from KL. The girls scene in KL is quite vibrant and if you open up your telegram and look for groups it's easy to find lots of groups advertising girls. Went on a weekday evening. I saw only 1 other customer. Spoke to the captain and he said it's very quiet, nowhere near to pre-covid days. Spa facilities are still the same as what I remembered from my last visit (at least 10 years ago) but starting to look run-down.

Opted for a 90 min massage. The ML was local Malaysian, claimed to be 38 yrs old but look to be in the 40s. Figure was slim though. She kept her mask on throughout the session. Only unmasked after she popped the GQ. Quoted me RM150 for a HJ and I took it. She claimed to have special HJ skills but doesn't feel anything special for me, quite SOP. After massage session, I changed, paid and left. Not intending to RTM.
