Not itchy or painful.
Does not look like Herpes or a syphilis chancre.
However the best way to allay your fears is to get tested. ;)

Bro, better seek medical advice and do a test early in case of worst scenario.

Do you mind telling us where this ML is located so that we can avoid?

Sometimes physical sores may subside but bacteria is still hibernating in the body. Safer to do a check for your health.
Stay positive and get well soon. Cheers!

The pic is too blur to tell.
The fact that it is subsiding after only 2 days is a good sign that it is neither Syphilis nor Herpes. Although this is not diagnostic.
Just for everyone's knowledge there are many other possible causes of genital ulcers other than Syphilis and Herpes.
Other potential STDs are Chancroid (caused by Haemophilus Ducreyi) and LGV caused by a special strain of Chlamydia.
There are also non-STD causes like Skin Cancer that can present as a non-healing ulcer.
So the best thing to do is still see a Doctor (preferably experienced in this field of practice) and get some tests done. Do not try to self diagnose and do not think everything is ok even if the ulcer heals on its own.
