Scenario 1

In a heterosexual activity, depending on the subjects engaging in a low or high intensity, can determine their object of sexual fitness.

Some males may be able to maintain erection without ejaculation at high physical intensity (sprinting) for a short period but unable to maintain erection in low physical intensity (walking) for a long period.

Factors such as sexual arousals (psychological) and age/genetics (physiological) may improve/disable performance.

With that been said, poor sexual fitness should not confused with ailments like erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation.

One may be caused by psychological (stress) or physiological (age/injuries) traumas and the latter being caused by psychological or physiological stimulation.

Scenario 2

Subjects are unable to continue physical engagement even though still sexually aroused (*males with erection), therefore only able to engage passively (deadfish).

To build sexual fitness:

A healthy lifestyle enhances not just the general quality of life but also sexual performances.

Sexual intercourse is fundamentally a compound movement, or simply put - a movement where you're using more than one muscle group at a time.

Any compound exercises that work on different muscle groups will greatly enhance sexual fitness. E.g. push-ups, burpees, planks.

However it requires repetitive movements over period of time, hence endurance to sustain. Low intensity cardiovascular exercises will not only build but also minimise injuries.

Good to note that any physical exercise should be done slowly and deliberately so not as to wear out joints or strain soft tissues like ligaments or tendons.

Pelvic floor exercises such as Kegel when trained to a proficient level and combined with compound exercises, will bring out the sought after desirable results.

To conclude, sexual fitness is attainable to majority able-bodied individuals.

While women will need enlightenment to open up their minds to improve their sex drive.
