1. Do you know that by saying we are of a certain top percentage (ie 1%), it just mean that we fared well in that particular month. Anyway, to find her OF can try to PM her, as she said in 1st post: "if you think you would like to help by supporting my OF, pm me for the link". Then, message the OF acct to check if rssg is her.

Not sure how the lender can maintain contactability with OP after OP defaults on what is effectively an un-collateralized loan. And also what means there are for pursuing the unsavory defaulting penalties in the loan "contract".

Not saying that the defaulting terms can't be sweet e.g. pay back at rate of $200 per meet, but question remains as to how to hold the lendee accountable.

OP could be genuine, but at least for now, the lender isn't given much to ensure that the lendee will uphold her/his end of the bargain in the event of default.

SINGAPORE - An architect was sentenced to 10 months’ jail on Wednesday for uploading on an online sex forum intimate pictures he took of two women.
The women had separately agreed to pose for Heng Boon Keng, but on the condition that he did not share the images he took.
But the 54-year-old repeatedly posted the pictures on the Sammyboy Forum, an online platform where users mainly discuss topics of a sexual nature.
Heng did this to receive praise and other responses from users on the forum.
His offences came to light only when the victims’ friends identified the women from his posts and alerted them. The women then made police reports.
Heng, who used to be a senior principal architect with an infrastructure consultancy, had pleaded guilty to two counts of distributing intimate images.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Yohanes Ng said Heng was active on the Sammyboy forum after creating his account in January 2005.

As at September 2021, he had a total of 1,146 posts on the forum. Among other things, he wrote in a thread titled “rare pictures of Singapore models”, which showed clothed and nude images of women.
Between Aug 18 and Sept 25 in 2021, he posted 33 images. They included two of his first victim and 10 of the other woman. It was not mentioned in court documents if the women knew each other.
He took pictures of the first victim in 2012 when she was 25 years old.

The DPP said: “(She) had participated in the photoshoot voluntarily, with remuneration, and allowed the accused to keep the photos from the photoshoot.
“However, she did so on the strict condition that the accused did not share the photos with anyone else, which the accused promised not to do.”
But in September 2021, Heng posted two of the woman’s topless pictures, which partially showed her face. Forum users commented on the pictures, with some making lewd comments about the woman.
As for the other woman, the court heard Heng had conducted multiple photoshoots with her from 2013 to 2015 when she was between 18 and 20 years old.
She took part in seven shoots in a hotel and was paid up to $300 for two hours of photography at each session.

DPP Ng told the court: “These photoshoots were conducted on the condition that the accused use the photos purely for his personal consumption, and that he would not circulate the photos to anyone.
“In fact, (she) repeatedly reminded the accused not to circulate her photos during the photography sessions.”
On Aug 17, 2021, Heng went onto the forum and mentioned the second victim’s name.
He also posted 10 of her pictures, which included close-ups of her private parts.

Old bird here going anon. In my FL cheonging history I was caught in an AV raid twice.

The first was many many years ago. I left the room and out of nowhere a dude wrapped his arm around my shoulder, identified himself and led to a very public area of the establishment. There were already a few cheongsters seated there with heads bowed and shoulders slouched. Of course I was bloody scared too altho I did not know then I was not guilty of any crime. It seemed AV was determined to make us feel ashamed to the max with very curt language and minimal communication. One of them demanded (not asked) for my ID which I handed over. Another female officer demanded for my mobile and had a merry time scrolling thru all my messages. I will always remember this senior cheebyekia officer who arrived late and started insulting us e.g. "this time caught so many fuckers", "what the fuck you looking at" etc. After about an hour one of them shouted at me to come over to sign a statement. No informing me of what I was not guilty of, my rights, no nothing. Just "sign this" and curtly told to go after that. Fucking cheebyes the whole of them.

Second time was a while ago. Just fired my first shot when there was knocking at the door. I knew then siao liao and started to get dressed. My fears were confirmed when there was a gasp of shock as the gal opened the door. I was brought into the corridor expecting a repeat telecast of that shit experience years back. Wow, different experience. One AV officer was assigned to me and politely identified himself as from AV. He then told me why they were there and assured me that I was not guilty of anything neither will they inform your family or workplace, just that they need me to show them some stuff before signing a statement. He asked me what stable I booked the gal from and to show him the text messages of which he took photos. At no time did he remove my phone from my hand. I took the opportunity to ask him some questions; he said that they target the OKT and not the gal. The gal also keeps her earnings provided they are not held as evidence. After that sign statement and I was free to go. Whole thing lasted about just 15 mins.

Big differences between the two incidents. In the first incident they do not treat you with respect nor civility even tho you fully cooperate. They also demand for your mobile phone to screen thru. It may have legal then perhaps not now. Now in the second incident I at least felt respected and fully informed why and what was going on, particularly in impact to me. They also request (not demand) you to do stuff.

Second experience was much more positive and I felt assured I was being treated right as a tax-paying citizen. Because of the first incident I voted for oppo for many years. Perhaps I will simply spoil my vote instead from now on.

Bottom line is, if you are caught in an AV raid, just comply with AV's requests and you will likely be released without much fuss.
