When a house is closed for 2 weeks or so, what does it mean?
Girl with health issues?
Forced by the authority to close?

Yup. Too many girls failed health checkup (doesn't mean they got STDs, could be as simple as cum traces were still found remaining in their throats, meaning they did BBBJ which officially speaking is not allowed), so house gets shut for a period of time as "punishment".

Yes, When a gal falls sick , failed her periodic medical check.
The house will be shut down for 2 weeks. Those who
frequent these houses recently should take note.

I heard from one of 16W17's wl that recently got involved in police case and had to go station to give statement. Not sure if the recent closure is related to that case or due to other issues

Not necessary health issues...... violations of AV regulations oso can be suspended.... eg WL going out with customer, not paying the WLs their earnings, cctv not in working condition etc

Last time I went was I think 25 years ago, so yeah, I very out of times with gl houses.

Yep.... it is a requirement by AV and the footage must be produced on demand by them..... no such excuses as recording written over or spoilt or faulty equipment etc.
