In Penang, there is one outfit that runs operations in both Penang and KL. They were very active and then went dormant for awhile. Now active again. I've used them multiple times and for overnights as well. Stable is varied. Both in/outcall available. There doesn't seem to be any options for massage/HJ that's palatable in Penang though. Pure massage is hit and miss, there was one time I got a massage and was assigned an Indian lady... she kept belching throughout the session... good thing I was tired and fell asleep.
