Sorry to interrupt,

I am looking at buying a property in HCM.

Is there anyway or anyone who can recommend me a VALUER(is there any such thing in HCM)?

I am doing this as i do not want to end up being cheated by the price which i am gonna pay.

Since u are buying property, guess your so called ba xa or em yeu is involved. She will know the price else u can get a property agent to assist u. He/she will know the market price. If u dun trust 1 agent, look for 2,3,4....

you need a real estate and property company to help you...the fact you wanted to buy a property in Vietnam you already may be cheated...local property can only be own by local Vietnamese...and no foreigner can own except some high end apartments which is 50 years lease only...you came to sex forum to ask this question means that you have no idea or have not found a property company to help you...besides you also need a good lawyer because all documents will be in Vietnamese...do your homework and think thrice before investing...:)

some may think investing sgd 200k is cheap but to Vietnamese is around 3.4bil Dong which can last a lifetime...:)
