I think with Voronin coming to anfield, one of our strikers will have to go and to see Fowler leave would be indeed really sad.
I think we really need him to stay, and as Rafa said he is the best finisher in the squad and his match to goal ratio is fantastic! Maybe he cant play the full ninty minutes but he still can produce the goals we are craving for and add more attacking composure. so I'm hopeful for Rafa to give him more games and give him a new contract :)

i do agree that it will be sad if Fowler not gonna be with liverpool anymore. think he will probably retire from the soccer scene if he's not asked to stay in Anfield. watever it is, there's still no firm decision yet, so let's hope that Fowler will remain and play for Liverpool...!:cool:

Same like last year, Fowler was not offered a new contract until late season.

I feel that Fowler should stay for the following reasons:

1. Passion for LFC.
2. High scoring rate.
3. Role Model for young players.
4. Fans favorite that will bring in sales for merchandise.

It will be many people dream to see GOD finish his career when he first started and it will be against GOD's will to see REDS favorite son playing for another club against us.

With more than 90 nos of property under his name,the God is not playing for money anymore. He would love to stay & play,anyway let's be realistic that he's over his prime years.
Don't think the American owners are as tolerant and forgiving as David Moore,
Rafa does know sentiment alone won't win us titles. With a bigger transfer kitty available next season,he will definitely look for a top class striker.
