hahaha that is bloody hilarious, looked like Brad Jones been using Hendo's hair gel too :D

Haters gonna hate but damn I am so proud of Andy Carroll! 2 starts 2 goals and assists included. Give the boy more chances! That goal has put him in the history books!

Well done to Suarez as well who was a constant threat with Andy especially in the 2nd half.

Gotta push on from here for a good end to the season!

good that he'd never quit after the early misses. he has definitely improved during the recent run of games.

we've to play him n suarez together for the rest of the season and see if the partnership work out or not..

one of them has been struggling all season and the other has been on a slump in the last 10 games.

i'd prefer chelsea, we have had problems with spurs for a while.

does not matter it's either cheski or spur, just bring them on.....

let's enjoy the victory and weekend....!!! :D:D:D

Either hotspur or Chelsea can post problem to our defence

not starting Carra would be a good start to make sure that doesnt happen...

Chelski would be the easier team to beat, with Torres in the spotlight for sure. They might have Champions League distractions as well if they overcome Barca.

I'd prefer to play Spurs because it'd make for a more entertaining final and a bigger test for the players because they have become abit of a bogey team for us.
It's about time we owe Spurs a good arse kicking though I will take an ugly win anyday!

I hope that the rare mistake from JC will be enough to convince KD that he should not be playing in the final but instead Agger should take his place. Enrique should be first choice at left back since he has been brilliant all season. Why drop him at the most important moment, if not game?

Moreover, playing Agger at the left centre back role would improve the team's passing and balance. And, please don't play Henderson wide right again! KD knows that he would eventually have to take him off. Kuyt should play on the right hand side with Bellamy and Maxi as impact subs since they don't have the stamina to last 90 minutes while Kuyt does.

I was actually watching the pre match commentary where they had John Barnes, Kevin Keegan, Martin Keown and another oldies don't remembered who is it. But one of the comments raised was their surprise why Enrique was dropped and Agger moved to the left when he is more of a central defender, just to accomodate JC back in.

I think the introduction of Maxi and CB gave the team impetus to push even deeper up front.

Enrique was dropped due to lack of form...last few games were evident that the goals scored against Liverpool was part of that reason...:)

KD did well with the team selection...except JC, JH didn't perform...anyway he and the players knew this is the season...:)

As this could be the last season for JC in order to let him finished the season with glory KK likely to start JC in the line up hopefully his experience can help the team to collect our final silverware for this season .... Only worried he tends to foul the players in or near the penalty box

Enrique has been looking tired since the United game at Old Trafford, should have been dropped long ago so he can be productive for the end of the season.

But weird decision to accomodate Carra, would rather see Aurelio or Robinson play.

see JC has the experience of big game player...so we need that...just like Sami Hypia last time...yesterday Liverpool happened to have more big game players than Everton...that's what SG is looking for Kop hero...:)

the winning goal was created and crafted...LS knew he has no way to get the ball chasing it and then try to get a free kick...CB delivered a pin point cross from the free kick and AC heads it...2 - 1 to Liv at 87 minutes...this are big game players...just like 2006 FA cup and 2005 CL finals...:)

we had several missed chances (LS, MR, AC), but most important is we won and going to the finals.

LS pulling back the equalizer was the turning point and AC headed in the winning goal with minutes to go.

the only difference is that Hyypia delivered and Carragher honestly has been a liability.

Boy do I miss Hyypia at times, what a legend! Not forgetting Henchoz who was underrated because of how reliable Hyypia was.

Yeah man.. Those were the days when we knew goin into a game, 90% we will not concede... Now even score 2 goals we never know what blunders our defence can make to lose the game...myb our defensive mids need to work harder to cover up our leaky defence..
