I stayed there in april 2011 at rp961,860,00/nite all in.deluxe room.walk in rate.

Location wise I think Harmoni is good but the price is not so good for me. Ha Ha.
As for Hotel 89, they don't have In-room safe which is a turn down for me. I always prefer an in-room safe hotel.

What about The Hills(Puri Garden)? Any comments?

Don't think Batam got hotel that charge you to bring in ceweks. This is not Bangkok or Vietnam.

I got corp rate at $95 from I Hotel. But I think you can just quote any big local company in Batam can get corp rate liao.
