There are several spots that I know of in PP where one could, I say COULD, have a $10 ST, maybe even $5 if you speak Khmer.

One of them is a stretch on the riverside, starting just North of the Titanic Restaurant, opposite the CDC (Council for the Development of Cambodia) to the opposite of Saigon City, a Vietnamese restaurant run and owned by a Cambodia Chinese, Mr Ly, with his HK wife. Very good Viet food and affordable (sorry for the shameless plug but I think it's that good). From around 6 or 7 pm these girls come and sit themselves on the cement benches along the road, waiting for customers, mostly locals with an odd barang now and then. $10 for a ST although the locals pay $5. If you're expecting overweight senior citizens, you'll be pleasantly surprised. I've seen some who I think will do some good trade in KTVs. I've never indulged but heard stories of pockets being cleaned out etc.

Another 2 spots lies around where the railway line crosses Streets 273 and 598 in Toul Kork. The girls appear later and would be available till about 2 or 3 in the morning.

Why are these girls not working in the bars, KTVs or other venues of ill-repute? They don't lack the youth nor the looks. Can't speak English? Hell, many in the bars don't either. Are they controlled by a syndicate? Are they druggies? Questions, questions and more questions, to which I have no answers.

Like I said, these are the places I know of. To be sure, there could be others I don't.

As mentioned, I did not need to boast my knowledge of PP and not disturbing others. :D

They are gers cheaper than having a KFC meal. They are young not like most of narrow minded men think, "cheap = bad". "expensive = good." Another bad concept, "cheap = dirty" and "expensive = clean".... where "clean" is less likely to get undesirable disease.

These cheap gers once in awhile will go to so called hi class pub, bar or whatever. Ask me why they do that, the gers have their various reasons.

The NGOs are all interested only in abuses committed by foreigners, i.e. mostly Westerners. The more atrocities they uncover, the more donations they draw in. Look at the pedophiles they arrest, all Westerners. For every one act of pedophilia committed by barangs, there are probably more than 10 by locals. Do these ever make the news? and I mean the Western ones.

Coming back to these local streetwalkers, the NGOs are simply not interested. There's not much commercial value for them in highlighting these. Go round to the girly bars, many of them are in reality owned by foreigners but escape the spotlight by having them run by wives, girlfriends, local partners and so on.

They are more interested in those under age or foreigner gers.... A lot of brothels are also closed directly or indirectly due to them.

Yes, there is a agenda for these NGO's. The more pedo cases they bring to light, the more donations they receive. Living in villas, driven around in large SUV's isn't cheap, you know. There's a few cases where a girl wounded in the eye was highlighted by a NGO as a case of abuse, it turned out she was just brought to the hospital for a eye surgery. The details escaped me.

Anyway, the point is, bro Naemlo is right in that, yes, there are still $5 jobs around, but this is a path definitely less trodden by the usual visitors to the Kingdom.

Bro Naemlo, you residing in PP?

Just touch down PP yesterday. Went to Naga Casino to check out the place. Came across a music bar called Darlin located inside the casino which some bros mentioned. This is a lively place with many girls as it gets later into the night. A fat lady pimp who used to live and study in Singapore for 5 years came up to try recommend the girls starting from USD100 to USD200. Didn't call due to the high price, as I read earleir not to pay for anything more than USD80 for ST.

Earlier was brought to dinner at St 136. Saw family bar names Butterfly and Candy as earlier. Saw some nice girls inside some of the bars there. So maybe tonight will go check out this area.

Also, played wechat here and discovered some PRCs here doing FL and massage:
- Zheng Tong Massage Center Lady Boss from jio me go down at St 93.
- A Massage lady say can come to hotel massage at USD16 per hour. Happy ending to be negotiated.
- A FL quote me USD120 ST, 150 LT.
