So Liverpool won 3-0 at Anfield and 4-0 on aggregate! :D

Really good team performance and once again Luis Suarez is the star in the game.

Joe Allen was spotted amongst the crowd, I'm hearing that he will be having his medical tomorrow and will become a Liverpool player in 48 hours.

Liverpool will be in the play-off draw tomorrow.

Suarez carried the team tonite..... he and Shelvey were the only 2 players who impressed me in this match. I worry for Liverpool if Suarez is ever injured or suspended they will become mediocre team again like last season.

And I hope the Liverpool goalpost jinx do not return this season again...... Gerrard hit the goalpost which should have been a goal.

Looks like Andy Carroll is on the way out even though everyone is denying it.... BR talked about his forward line and attacking options as consisting of Borini, Suarez, Downing & Gerrard..... he made no mention of AC and declined to answer when a reporter asked about Andy.

Hope this deal don't go through as I personally feel DA is one of the most exciting attacking defenders around.

Also he made a new tattoo on his back "you"ll never walk alone" together with skrtel..hope this shows something tough..

Carroll can just go..together with my most detest player jonjo

Hope Liverpool don't turn into a one person team. Perform well only when Suarez is playing and sucks when he is not.

Sad to see him go.
Wish him all the luck at Cardiff.

Craig Bellamy is set to have a medical at Cardiff after agreeing to take a significant pay cut to complete a move to his hometown club from Liverpool.

The 33-year-old is understood to have accepted a deal worth £35,000 a week - a huge drop from the £90,000-a-week he was on at Anfield. Cardiff are also offering a £1 million promotion bonus if Bellamy helps them to the Premier League.

Liverpool to face Hearts from Scotland in their Europa League play-off stage.

1st leg: August 23rd, 2nd leg: August 30th.

1st leg will be away for Liverpool and 2nd leg at Anfield.

I think BR was talking about the lineup for this game and not about the entire Liverpool squad. His forward line last night was Suarez (LAM), Borini (ATT), Downing (RAM) & Gerrard (CAM). :)

It was a good decent start under our new manager BR . It was good to see new boy Borini settled in nicely upfront. LS was just brilliant . Hope he can continue for the rest for the season.

Frankly speaking I really dont care what system we play but as long as we can get positive results I am fine with it.
