Got hotel with such name in Batam meh??? Isn't it called Hotel Royal (w/o the Palace), or to the locals Royal Eastern?

Btw, Kaha used to have contract with Royal until it expired end of last year. From your info, I assume that the contract had been renewed.

As for Accor/Mercure members, will be better to stay at Novotel -> Can claim mileage for Krisflyer.
