Don't count too much for January transfer window . We were let down in the summer transfer window. And for every player that Liverpool FC shows an interest in , Spurs are also interested . Also we really over spent last season . I don't think we can get any more transfer money from the owners. The only way to go is to develop our own young players from the academy .

I second this opinion...develop youngsters is the way to go...:)

For those who miss yesterday's game

http://www.soccer-blogger.com/2012/1...h-goals-video/

after scoring his 2nd goal, Moyes must be clutching his head and regretting his earlier comments which only spur Suarez to perform even more!!!

i think other managers will be smarter to keep their mouth shut rather than stir up the Suarez nest. kekekeke

Long term fix, yes our youngsters are the way to go, juz like how Arsene has successfully groomed his babies over the years.

Short term fix, we badly need a striker as backup to Suarez. Seeing Suarez give his best, week in week out, and sometimes playing 2x a week, and when the Cup competitions start, he might be overstretched. Really fear if he kena suspension or lengthy injuries, what kind of contingency plan will BR have? Can he make an 'emergency recall' for Carroll? Who will he push upfront to play as d lone striker?

The owners better not stinge on their budget n spend abit during the Jan tfr window to get a decent striker. No need to get a superstar lah, maybe someone in the mould of 8-10m category will be decent enuff. At least ride us thru the rest of the season n hopefully finish Top 6. (hope i aint askin too much hor? :D)

Boy, what are you doing here at this hour?
You should be having a good rest in preparation for tomorrow's training session. :)

Well any comments on that game - and that disallowed goal - you can find me on Twitter @Reda_Eurosport. FOLLOW ON TWITTER!

90+5 Sterling on the run now, he takes on Distin and now Suarez is in but puts well wide from an angle. And that's it - a 2-2 draw. Phew, what a game.

90+4 Everton go down the other end quickly and they could be in here but Skrtel is back. Manic finish.

90+3 Free-kick Liverpool that Gerrard will take.... He swings it in AND SUAREZ SCORES! But no, offside! The flag is up and his celebration is short-lived! Ah, not offside, a foul by Coates on Jagielka when heading it down to Suarez I think. Certainly not offside.

90+2 Gerrard spreads it wide to Henderson, who gives it straight to Everton. Now Oviedo with some neat footwork and a fine cross that Enrique calmly nods back to Jones.

90+1 Four minutes added time being played.

Watch the replay on Eurosport.... :)

You should be getting more strikers for your squad and planning your strategies instead of spending time here.

I came in here to have a look as I have received feedback that my players are surfing here in the wee hours instead of having a good nights sleep.

- roast pig, transfers is still some months to go before January so let's not worry about something we can do nothing about but make the best of the situation with what we do have at present.
