For me, yea, cuz they just need to show a bit of power, make ppl scared so that they still have more control (and centralised vice) this way... ppl dont take it for granted that they can have vice in this areas, yet its not clammed down so much that it goes underground.

that one, take it that i yi xiao ren zhi xing duo jun zi zhi fu, apologies if i offended anyone. i know some people who are like that, dont want info of their fav CAT40/KTV gal/HC gal (mostly the first) to be shared and make her more angpai so mayb that is where my misconception come from. But I have to agree with you on the last part of leaked info to gals (regardless KTV, HC, legal) so maybe that is why we have some hesitation to share... and I cannot think of a solution to solve this, as anyone can read all the threads easily |
