i dun know any laws of business in china ... but i do know these:
adopt an open mind set .. have patience ... lots of patience ....
and most important ... prepare to spend money that do not know where or who it goes to ...

Yesterday reported Singapore signed trade pack with PRC to do away with taxes (Free Trade Agreement) etc.. looks like China Beers will become cheaper here. But still way cheaper to drink beer in PRC:D

Think the possibility that Singapore wants to gain further with exports to PRC. don't thin PRC will bother too much with such a small market like Sillypore to maintain a more competitive FX policy.

Darn, if it hits 4.00 sometime next year, have to put much more though in cheonging in PRC in future every few months. But am such the withdrawal symptoms will be too great to bear especially when i get to know more MM's there and get to know them better from my recent trips. Heck and its only ZH/DG. After my next trip - certain death for me in CP and haven't even ventured to other provinces..... always had a thing for the MM's up North:(

Was hoping to get around 4.53:D

Wonder if it's not as bad as we think and still great value?......

Still remember my first trip this year in May changed for 5.03. Losing about 1K rmb per trip = one night for bliss;)

even if it hit 4.0 (touchwood) ... it's still a lot cheaper to cheong in PRC compare with SG ...
reason we dun feel good is becoz we still lament abt the past ...
prices of goods and services will increase over the yrs ...

our currency loses some grds .. but we still enjoy luxuriously when in PRC or BKK .. becoz we have a higher standard of living here in SG ...

do u think today property prices r high ???
wait till u see how much it'll cost 10 yrs from now ....:)
