I have never hear any barfine system in Nagaworld, but since average salary of Nagaworld employees is between 100-200 USD per month it should not be impossible to meet them off duty.
"Darling Darling" in same building has FLs whose opening bid may be over 100 USD.

This weekend went a little bit wild side. On Friday I have had time to spent two hours in business lounge of Bangkok airport when I waited flight to Phnom Penh. After some booze I got idea to have fun with two gals.

So I went directly from Phnom Penh airport to bar. One hour and couple of drinks later I agreed ST deal with two Khmer girls. Total damage about 100 USD including drinks, bar fines and their services.

On Saturday I was quite satisfied previous night fun and I thought to take LT three girls instead of two. Un/fortunately those previous night girls were not available for LT because one of had to join some wedding party. I started to search other candidates. I ended up with two Vietnamese and one Khmer combination. Plenty of fun and partying later I decided to sleep only of them. After good morning session she left about 8 am. Total damage xxx USD ( I do not dare to calculate yet )

BTW Japanese cosplay bar on 130th street has been closed. I liked those manga style wearing gals.

I dared to look my wallet for Saturday night damage (350USD) and decided to have just quick ST with one of my regulars.

Sunday night did not go that way. I ended up with sex (6 :D) gals to Rock. rock Lot of playing in private KTV room, but no opportunity to full action as there were two waitress inside. Fortunately Rock has also hotel rooms for ST action. Rock is expensive place and most of customers are local rich ones.

Stayed at the Franjipani Fine Arts Hotel. Very nice hotel but they have a strict no visitor in room policy. Tried to bribe my way through but the guy at the front desk just wouldnt bite. Had to pay another hotel to do it. Went to both Luxury World and Paris. IMHO the girls at Paris look better. Did some drinking along Streets 136 and 104. I prefer 104 which has less customers and the girls are more friendly.

Sorry to hear about your hotel. Another hotel which has strict visitor policy is Billabong.

104th street is nice. 136th is more like tourist trap. Local expats do not go there often.

Difficult question. Basically most of the pubs are in square of Monivong, Sihanouk, River front and 104th Street, but most of top class KTVs are along/near Mao Tse Tung and Rock north of it along Monivong.

Take look to f ex Agoda and choose any hotel for your budget, but avoid Billabong and Franjipani Fine Arts Hotel. Those places do not like late night visitors.

Try the Landscape hotel.Nagaworld is abt 10 mins walk on the right where the high end darling darling club is. You can also get FLs lurking around in the casino.The riverside bars are also abt 10 mins walk towards the left. There are some Fls along the riverside.
