Do u get the work permit at harbourfront? You can ask the officers at harbourbay where to get the permit....remember, no business on tourist visa...it is puasa now...collecting ang pau month.....

Hi all bros here. I am making my virgin trip to batam around August. Would like some advice on some matters.

1) Is it better to book gals from joints or massage parlours? After I read this thread, I conclude that the gals from joints are not as pretty as massage parlours? Which is more expensive?

2) For those joints and massage parlours, is their signboard visibly seen? Cos I will be staying at Lovina Inn Nagoya which is walking distance to those joints.

3) My plan is to book a gal from joint, go back hotel fuck, then at night go disco. sounds a abit boring huh? anyway to improve?

Last minute went to Batam with my buddy....decided to land at Harborbay via Wavemaster.

Stayed at Harapan Baru as suggested by some Bro.

Walk in and took the cheapest room.....Discount @ 180k.

It is opposite BCS Mall.

Here's the alleyway in which HB hotel is located. Can see the BCS Mall. The right tower is lighted at night so you can use that as reference point so won't get lost.

The HB hotel can be located easily with it's prominent red signboard with the word 旺. Right at the end.....signboard lighted up at night too.

It is a small hotel with small lobby....nothing to shout about...got one cute recep which can speak chinese well...think she is chinese.....i like her a lot. :p

Very clean room....the tile floor is shiny n clean....smells great n looks like everything is new. The LG TV LCD looks new and we do have a thought of making off with it. LOL.

The bed.....comfortable with nice warm blanket n clean sheets.....no weird smell.

Two nice clean wooden chairs....you can do stunts with your cewek on it.....LOL.

The aircon unit (Mitsubishi) looks new n is very powerful but quiet...

The all important toilet.....
No issues with the hot/cold water taps.....can adjust anyway u like...no sudden hot or cold.
Basin n toilet bowl looks clean.
Slight issue is the water basin is like kind of stuck n water flows down slowly.
The towels are a sorry sight as they looks worn old n very flimsy but they are well laundried though.....but a change is needed.
Provided 2 small pieces of soap.....not the liquid dispenser type which i normally prefered.

Was wondering where the clothes cupboard is.....
It is near the toilet.....that small area "eats" into the toilet.

Open the door.....got 3 free plastic hangers.

There are also a row of metal hooks behind the room door also.
In case you got many things to hang. LOL.

All in all....very good room at 180k.....clean n looks like everything is new.
There is also breakfast thrown in....it is held at the connecting coffeshop next to the hotel lobby....nothing fancy...fried rice....n half boiled egg....coffee or tea.....that's all. Got bread also la....just tell the auntie what you want lor.

We also check out the nearby Lovina Inn hotel......ok the lobby set up does look better. Price is 190k onwards.....we might stay there next time.

It is good for value place to stay... near makan place... bcs mall got pool + bowling + movie... universal massage near bcs for clean massage... even 1 family karaoke behind harapan baru... the 1 bad thing is have to take taxis to go to booking joints + give transport money for cewek to come to room...

from the schedule i cannot find "harbourbay". I only can find

Cause Batam Slow don't go HabourBay..

To go harbourbay, you take Wavemaster. It's at 3rd level opposite "The Tuckshop" coffee shop. Wavemaster is 1 level above Batam Slow.

If can afford the time, go weekdays....
I went with my buddy last minute on Fri afternoon....Wavemaster....plenty of seats to choose.....:D

Most gotta work on weekdays, hence gotta brave the crowd on weekends lor. I used to go on Mon/Tues, lagi best. 10 plus morning ferry same... Not even 30% full ferry depart. Sometimes still can afford to be late ... Reach HabourBay can slowly walk to immigration. Don't have to be kiasu and crowd around the door as the ferry approach batam.
