Liverpool move to second. More points than Chelsea, and, scored more goals too. :)

We won't want to see Arse run away with title. Nor do we want to see our hated rivals manure close the gap on us with a win. So a DRAW will be d ideal result for us! :)

Current status Arsenal leader with 25 points (one game in hand).

2nd place Liverpool with 23 points

3rd place Southamption with 22 points

4th place Chelsea with 21 points

5th place Everton with 20 points

A draw result for Arsenal/Man U game would be good! :)

Ideal result is both set of players get into a brawl and each get points deducted... HAHAHA...

Chelsea have just received a gift from the referee to salvage 1 point against the same WBA who we put 4 past them two weeks ago...

and Southampton where we suffered an unlucky defeat is sitting on 3rd in the table..!!!

Who says we have an easy fixture in the earlier part of the season...?!

Back to our match... Fulham was poor, but we were awesome..!!!
It could have been an embarrassing score line if our SAS brought their scoring boots... Beside Gerrard's 3 assists, I think Henderson's energy and pressing of opponent was fantastic too...

I hope BR sticks with the same line-up, with Enrique coming in for Cissokoh..

Henderson....what an improved performance since he joined. He was everywhere on the pitch. Sisoko out la...he was just too slow. Anyway..a great win for pool.

BR has identified a striker and a midfielder he would like to bring into the squad this coming January transfer window....... but Ian Ayre has told him there may not be funds available...... lol

$6million for the striker & a possible loan move for the midfielder and LFC cannot afford?!! WTF !!!

Getting rediculos this ayre...just because we are in a good form doesnt mean we can last the season the same.

Sturridge needs to support LS more..i understand his selfishness sometimes but he needs to know his partner is way way better than him.. if not i would select moses ahead of him

Cissoko still adapting the lg is he..so far pretty below avg..hope is not a flop buy..

after round 11, we are 2nd...think we proved plenty of critics wrong...think our own supporters were silenced and unlike past few years criticised till all kinds of foul languages...

this is the right balance team...of course still not the final product yet...we need to be playing consistent...at least our run in till Xmas is not as bad as Arsenal...bear in mind we have no CL games...

Arsenal yet to play
Man U on 11 Nov (A)
Southampton on 23 Nov (H)
Everton on 8 Dec (H)
Man C on 16 Dec (A)
Chelsea on 23 Dec (H)
still to play Marseille and Napoli in CL mid week...

Liverpool yet to play
Everton on 23 Nov (A)
Tottenham on 15 Dec (A)
Man C on 26 Dec (A)
Chelsea on 29 Dec (A)

YNWA...if we finished Xmas season top 3 and dun let leaders run away...then second half of the season or repeat games will be full of hope and anxieties...players will start to believe in themselves much like Blackburn, Newcastle, Arsenal, Man C, Chelsea winning the Premier League first time...:)

Statistically, the team that sits on top of the league after Boxing Day has gone on to win the league 74 times out of the previous 102 seasons. So the odds of Liverpool winning the league is pretty good if they can gain the number 1 position by Christmas. :p

Nothing to worry about here...... when you have 2 top strikers playing in tandem..... both cannot be red hot at the same time. There will be times when one is in form (currently Suarez) and the other has a cool patch..... and both will switch after some time.
