Look like these few days rate are quite constant bet 4.54 to 4.57........... In CA, the rate only 4.41....haiz..........

i think the rate from atm in china is even better ... but then, rate differ from different banks ...
so far ..rate from citibank have been good ...

POSB is also bank account mah .. u can also withdraw money from atm but dun know what's the rate ...
if u have online banking, u'll be able to check the rate once u withdrew ur money from the atm in china ..
as for citibank .. if u withdrew from a citibank atm .. the withdrawal slip will tell u the xchange rate immediately ..

Can withdraw, provided yr POSB atm card has the mastero and the cirrus sign behind the card...Only the old POSB atm card(grey colour) which do not have the mastero and cirrus sign cannot withdraw in China....

Confirmed, POSB can withdraw $ in PRC. Try that 2 yrs ago in SHA. Even drawn from your bank acct, no need to pay extra interest. :D
