Hi,

Can any brother recomment any new hotel that near nagoya, budget hotel is ok as long as new and safe but near to goodway hotel/harmoni ? I will like to book either goodway hotel or harmoni hotel but was told that it is old. Very long time never go liao, last time I was staying in Novotel but now will like to try new location

From the internet booking of hotel seem that they quote in Singapore dollars which is not worth it since our sin dollars getting stronger. Can brother advise whether should I call the hotel directly to quote or go to batam then book. Last time, I stay in Novotel hotel, I book directly when I go to the hotel but rate not good so I nego with the reception, after that they will use these quote whenever i go

We can go lah, only thing is, don't know if I'll be around on Wed...??
Since you are back Sg meaning on holiday correct? Then why not come in earlier, this evening?

If I remember correctly, the name of this restaurant is Riverside or something like that, with a River....... something. It's very near to Pungur domestic ferry terminal, some older/seasoned taxi drivers will know this place, but most will tell you negative things (like food not nice ect) about it, either because they are not sure how to get there or they don't get com from ah kow. FYI, I've never seen any customer there whom went with a taxi....

This evening if I can, I already would have planned it, but I am going to a vendor side later, dunno until what time.. then tomorrow also packed like dunno what.. so I rather have the luxury of planning ahead..

Try pagoda hotel, or hotel utama. both are near to each other. These are budget hotels, but new. Utama has inhouse massage. Upon reaching the terminal, go to the counter after immigration. Called kara. There you can book hotel with voucher at cheaper rate.

Hope these helps.

The resturant at punggol is near to the ferry, if I am remember correctly, FIRST left AFTER the ferry termial, not too sure liao. Too long didn't go. More expensive there.

As for Batu Besar on, very simple. Go STRAIGHT all the way after AIRPORT( left turn). Come to a T junction, left turn, and turn right at the first RIGHT turn. Go all the way to the end. Any food there is good, except for steam fish, which is not so good. :)

Both places are 2 different locations.

You think he need the taxi drivers to take customers there? Good food spread by word of mouth.

Most customers there are the local chinese, and yes, they are expensive, could be even more expensive then 555 and 933 but still cheaper then Sg prices. To me it's worth it, it's THE BST in my book. ;)
