There could be some changes in the top 4 positions after today's games.

Manchester City has no Premier League game till 15 March but Manuel Pellegrini has to thread with 4 games from 2 March to 15 March and a packed March 2014 schedule.

Liverpool, on the other hand, will have a 14 day rest after today's match at St. Mary's and visit Old Trafford on 16 March.

Pool has 5 English players in the upcoming International game, same as devils.

Think Gerard n Henderson likely in the 1st team.

Hopefully Sturridge only used as sub. Think Hodgson prefers the more experienced pairing of Rooney-Welbeck but the great form of Sturridge might force Hodgson to experiment with new pairing upfront.

In the top 10 teams in the table now, The Reds only has a better "against" total goal conceive than newcastle.
at home, The Reds r the 2nd highest scoring team behind manc at 42.
but away, The Reds has let in the most goals among the top 10 at 23.
the home record is 42 goals scored & 12 goals conceived over 14 games played.
away from home, The Reds scored 28 goals but let in 23 goals over 13 games played.
very worrying with the defense, esp away from home.

Tough game against Southampton...Southampton plays well at home. If Arsenal loses and Liverpool wins, then temp 2nd on the table. :D

on a positive note, southampton also not very outstanding at home.
of the 13 games they play at home, they won 5, draw 5 & lose 3.
goals scored at home for them was 21, while they also leak in 16 goals at home.
their 3 defeats at st mary's were against villa(2-3), spurs(2-3) & chelsea(0-3).

HT results goin our way ...

Everton 0 West Ham 0

Stoke 0 Arse 0

Fulham 0 Chel 0

... If it stays this way or better at FT, all the more Pool should be inspired to beat Saints. 加油 Pool!!!
