I walk around CBT night market and found a lot of Malay speaking tourists bargaining with the salesperson.

One Malay ask the sales whether it is original, and pondering while our eye meet. I told her just buy and be happy with the low price, there are no original in CBT.:D

is ok la...you are trying to be helpful...this chap player79 always ask but nvr post anything to share...the forum he wrote will be to condemn the high cost of Wetnam and VB asking for high maintenance, gifts or tips...the info he asked he already google and found but is his nature that he still like to ask...:)

i dare said so and not afraid to be flame by him because I met him 2 yrs ago and he had been asking me many questions regards to wetnam...including how to tackle decent gals which I taught him...then he asked more without even buying me a drink...he only want to take but dun want to give back...:)

that bbq food is common in Wetnam...you can find them in most eateries provided you knew how to order...can also be bbq lau de - goat breast meat...or hai san - seafood...with vege like ladies fingers, etc...the video looks like Bui Vien or Pham Ngu Lao area...:)

There are original there in CBT but not all. 3 years ago, I heard from my bx that many workers from those Clothings Manufacturers stole the clothing out and sell to the local market. I dont believe it in the 1st place but now I believe it as the company I working manufacture shoe in VN and China and I found some selling along the streets. Their copyrights protection sux

This is typical guys...travel to hcm thinking that gals you knew previously in your home countries...will be willing to meet you when you visit...the gals may have families or other commitments which you will never know unless you travel there frequently...:)

As for contact...sure many of us have plenty of gals contacts...but we not okt and will never intro to you...if u not lazy you can read up last 100 pages or at least click on my signature...DIY self help is for newbies to hcm...still valid after 7 yrs...:)

I was reading jkt thread...one samster paid usd 200 for a viet gal in jkt club for ST...now viet babes are really expensive outside of Vietnam...:)

different people has different types of taste...some prefer bbbj places bcos its cheap n fast and they dont drink...some prefer bia om bcos they like to hug and grope...whereas some prefer disco bcos they like dancing and party till late hours...

and btw,spending 5 mills in a disco at Hcmc is not considered "throwing money"...it is actually considered low spending lol....:p

take a visit to Sin Lounge and will know what is called "throw money" where customers spend an average of 13-20 mills for each sofa...:eek:

My goodness…. I DO LOVE how posters on this thread are way more sensible!

Last time I commented on this phenomenon on another thread, I got well and truly creamed…. Whilst all I wanted to do was just to give my take on what most WG’s and their compatriots many times actually think. Only later did I find out that there is a “stealth agent” operating behind the scene to gang-up/rile-up his BSD clients with their fragile egos into action – the same BSD suckers from whom he has been getting massive kick-backs on their profligate ways!

IMHO, most of us mongers are quite sensible and down-to-earth guys who just quietly go about doing what we need to do; but invariably, there will be those I term “Zeroes to Heroes.” These guys are nobodies on home ground – either because of their physical appearance (which they’ve had to suffer life with all through adulthood) or because of their true socio-economic station in life. They go to their once in a blue moon mongering trip and they splash around money thinking that they can fool others about what they really are all about. Never mind us, I’d say that the girls recognize this type behavior easily and will always be ready to take full advantage!

The sad thing is that the girls for the most part do not respect these Zeroes at all; I have had the privilege of becoming friends with quite a few working girls and they have truly enriched my alter-life as a monger. These girls love to talk about their latest “Shabei,” how clever their tricks/ploys to extract maximum dollars out of these needy nerdy guys are, how totally convinced their prey are etc., but sadly, also how many of these WG’s actually have so much disdain for these particular type guys.

Oh, sure there ARE of course the real Man-about-town who is just living his usual life style - but I’d opined these are very few and far in between; after all, most people of substance do NOT become that way by being foolish with their money.

Of course all above is just IMHO
