No, it is not Okamoto 003 or any Okamoto product. I know Okamoto 003 is marketed as the thinnest latex condom in the world, but if you have used them, you know they are strong, or should I say stubbornly strong if you know what I mean, and none have broken on me even though I tried hard to. Okamoto has a new 0.02

Okamoto 002 is made of polyurethane. To be made so thin, latex is obviously not reliable and not safe enough. You can guess that polyurethane is obviously very very strong, probably quite unbreakable even with the most vigorous He Man sex.

I suspect polyurethane is also less stretchable than latex. Therefore, Okamoto 002 is made with a bigger 56mm diameter. I imagine that it is going to feel very tight and uncomfortable if it was made the standard or typical 52mm diameter.

I have used a similar "medical grade" ultra thin Japanese condom in a similarly pretty box that was ridiculously expensive for just a few pieces in a small box.

There is a recognized world standard of testing condoms. It includes inflation up to a certain size to test for strength in the latex. I suspect if the condom is made of latex, it is very difficult or impossible to be thinner than 0.03mm otherwise it will fail the test and will not meet the recognized world standard.
