Any bro (Esp bro newyorker88) know of any nice spa that can accommodate up to 3 pax in the same treatment room? Example: Massage, scrub, jacuzzi in same room... Like those spa party type...

Not that I know of... Even the VIP ones in Altalanta and newton is catered for one for one. And they are big rooms.

Unless you are talking about a president suite in a hotel room with 3 gals called up for parting. :D
