Maybe because they are fringe players so their exits does not warrant any attention or space in the media. :D
Players out - Conor Coady, Suso, Samed Yedzil & Iago Aspas .
Players transfer listed - Agger, Reina, Coates .

Suso is 1 player I like. Wonder y Pool didnt wanna retain his services? Izzit cos he doesnt suit our playing style? Thought he can play as a holding player too?

If u guys hv been following la liga, u would see how good he is with bottom club Almeria. His freekicks are a delight.

I second this point...think we did more biz than our rivals...:)

I think BR and his management are doing a great job. They want to be a step ahead of their rivals. They have been aggressive and want to do business before World Cup ends, when the value of players could shoot up, depending on their performances and how far their countries progress.

Take a look at Lallana. Had England reached QFinals and beyond, Saints could have jacked up their asking price to $30m.

I like him a lot too...
He had been playing mostly on the right of Almeria midfield, cutting in with his left foot...
And people r saying he is too slow and light-weight for English football.. but I think he can be a Alonso type of deep laying playmaker, remember tat Alonso has not had any pace as well...
Hope BR keeps him and find a way to fit him into the team...

The transfer of Kevin Stewart is worth a mention, especially when I didn't really see it being announced on the various football websites as compared to that of Lambert, Can and Lallana.

He was on the books of our rivals Tottenham Hotspur before his contract expired and Liverpool acted quickly to tie him to a 2 years deal. He is young (20 years old) and English, someone who fits Brendan Rodgers' profile. Raheem Sterling comes into mind.

He will be a good back up/understudy for our injury prone Jose Enrique and should Liverpool signs one, a new left back.

He is good but he cannot displace those players playing in his position. Sterling, Coutinho, Lallana... all better than him. Plus he is in his last year of contract. I think Suso wants to play more than just being a squad player. If our first 11 have too many short and speedy players, defending set pieces become more difficult.

I guess this signing was recommended by Alex Inglethorpe who used to be Spurs youth manager and worked with him before.

How nice if we could unveil a gem like Gareth Bale or Andros Townsend!

Why did Spurs let Kevin Stewart go if he is a good player? Does he come with a history of bad injuries?

No mention of injuries but ...

'He can play across the back, on the left or right flank or as a centre half. Last season, wearing the No 59 shirt, he was used predominantly as a centre-back. He is 5ft 7ins, so not exactly the tallest of players, and his height would suggest he is more suited to full-back.'

'But why have Liverpool picked up a player deemed not good enough for Spurs?

The key link in all this is Liverpool's Under 21 coach Alex Inglethorpe, who used to be a youth coach at... Spurs. Inglethorpe was at the north London club from 2006-2012 when Brendan Rodgers signed him as part of his coaching staff.

It is thought that Inglethorpe has been instrumental in the signing of Stewart.'

WAH! Better be true if we are selling Suarez. The only winner in a bidding war will be us.

Liverpool is willing to double Alexis Sanchez's wages from £75,000 to £150,000 per week if the forward moves to Anfield while Arsenal has tabled £135,000 per week contract.
