Those who really have a hard life don't even have an opportunity to come to Singapore. More than 100 million people in China earn less than 2 dollar per day. Those people are really having a hard life but not MLs here.

There are some of them who genuinely are living a hard life, but many of the MLs here come to Singapore to make money to start a business or to finance their property purchases.

One popular girl currently in Singapore genuinely needs money because she needs to pay for her mother's medical expenses of at least $3000 a month.

Another who RTC came in the hope of earning RMB 1 million plus to start a restaurant business. She left without achieving the target due to the fear of AVB raids.

A third ML I know owns four properties already, but learnt of a good lobang for a fifth property, and returned to work for the property. She too left without fulfilling the aim due to some issues.

One ang pai arrived in Singapore targeting to work to pay off the loan of RMB 700000 on her first property, plus making an additional RMB 400000 to renovate the apartment, but because business was so good, she achieved the target ahead of plans, and decided to work for a second property plus renovation, aiming to full settle in cash.

Finally, a last ML I know bought a property in anticipation that she would need her own place should her future marriage breaks down, in view of the high divorce rate in China. She does not want to have nowhere to go when she's older and has no market. She borrowed money to come to Singapore and owes money to the bank for the renovation of her home. She's seeking to make RMB 250000 to be debt free.

Just sharing some stories that I 've heard.

If you are close and know the girls well enough , they will show their true colour eventually.

Some angpai can criticise her customer and said they are cheapskate and doesn't earn as much as her.

If they know you don't earn much and doesn't drive an expensive car, it is definitely a hi, bye relationship.
Sometimes, you wonder why there is no chemistry between you and the girl. I hope you understand by now...chemistry has to be bought with gifts and money.

These MLs nowadays are just greedy and for those who dun give good service....pure lazy.

They bought big house in china and have difficulties to finance...that's their own problem. Why buy big house? Greed. Period.

The point Im making is...they come here....give service at a price....must stick to it n give good service....or at least service worthy of the price tag.
(Which to me in present market, price already exceeds service given)

I dont give a hoot about their background or educational level....I only care about their service level.
