Can vouch for Team Phillip, took a leap of faith and used his services.
My group was quite a handful but he assisted to sort everything out for us.

Our international credit cards were not working and we had some problems with our weixin and alipay so we had to transfer cash to phillip, It was a big risk for us but phillip came through for us.
