I dun blame Lovren...... it seems the entire back line has problems communicating with each other. Coming from different countries not all of them speak English and I understand that BR uses Spanish frequently in the training sessions for the benefit of the foreign players.

I think it will be some time before our defence can work together and be solid again like those Hypia/Henchoz days.

Liverpool have won all 3 matches against Real Madrid in European competitions while drawing 2 against FC Basel.

Any thoughts on Liverpool's group?

Fair draw for Pool. Real aside, Basel n Ludo are considered 'easy' opponents.

Think we are good bets to progress to the next round!

I agreed is a fair draw...looks good enough to qualify...RB Napoli failed to make CL after losing to spanish Athletic Bilbao...:)

Lucas was good prior to his injury. The stats speaks highly of him. But if you were to look closely at the way he plays he is always giving away free kicks in dangerous places. Putting our defense under enormous stress to defend.On top of that he gets yellow carded in every game that he plays.

I have to admit that Allen was terrible in his first year. But I have seen vast improvements lately in his game.He is trying to fight his way back into the first team.

That will be Liverpool's weakest side at the moment. Unless Johnson improves on his game.
