I will go to Batam after 20 July, right in the middle of Ramadan..
Like one year ago, I cannot choose the week. I go when I can. However, what is important is to avoid the first 3 days. After that, things looked relaxed to me and I had some good fun anyway. The only problem I remember was the Pacific was closing 3am instead of 6am, but Newton was open as usual till 6am.
