forgot to reply the other question.. std rate 210k-260k i think? (weekday-weekend). Deluxe weekend rate is 330k.. weekday should prolly b 50k cheaper?

Makan places gt so many ard.. If u relli budget ders 2-3 kopidiams selling singapore like food ard debest.. e.g gt sell econ mixed veg rice those kind.. Behind the hotel is BCS mall.. If u want spend a bit more ders a lot of food places inside.. e.g Breeks? Nasik ayam penyek? A lot of money changer also inside..

If u want seafood jus hop ojek/taksi go utama food court area.. looks like winsor.. Price range depends on hw much u wanna eat i suppose.. I went there eat fried rice n exchange smiles with beer ladies oni :p

At the shop house in Nagoya Hill (not the mall itself), there is a new massage center called DELTA, it's the best in Batam with VERY HIGHLY SKILLED HJ all included in the package if you choose 3 sessions massage. It costs Rp 365K.

Been there with friends twice, served by young very well trained girls.

The location is near the fountain side and you have to walk to the staircase leading to iHotel, it just next to it.

Guys must try this!

I be going to batam tml and staying for 3D2N at Hotel 89. I read many recommendation on MP but unsure any nice MP nearby my hotel.

And not really sure where to shop for cheap stuff and nice food.

Any recommendations?

500K for 1 night.
If there any good massage place where i can bring my Co go?
But at the same time i might want to get some extra service from the massage gal.

Yes fasting month on certain days all shops will be closed - joints, MPs, KTVs etc No activity at all according to ceweks on my last trip. First two days all places closed. Mid month also two days closed. Then end month nearing 9-10 August also all closed. So if yr planning to go during national day PH i doubt there will b any ceweks most likely all go back kampung.

MPs will be opened in between fasting month, joints will still run but gt police raids? Not sure hw tis affects us tho..

If info not accurate any bro kindly confirm so bros here wun b disappointed go there n find out no ceweks at all to play with :)

I am going there around mid Ramadan month. I was aware of the first and last 3 days, but not about the mid ones too! :confused:
Any kind expert soul would please specify what exactly will be the days of severe closing of bars etc? What dates on mid Ramadan? I cannot find this info on calendars of Islam holidays. Thank you!

I was in Batam one year ago during Ramadan. It was not so bad as I was afraid of, but certainly that is not the month to go if you base your holidays on massage pick-up joints.

I posted a full series of reports on the ISG forum at that time. I do not know what is the policy here on SB, but I guess it is not very elegant to link here pages of a competing forum, so I will not. Those who are interested can find my reports on the Batam thread of ISG, around July 2012, or conveniently linked all together from a post on the RoD section.

In short, during my visit on the second week of Ramadan 2012 I found that:

- All joints/KTV closed at daytime, open at 9pm. Daytime, some open from the backdoor, or the with OKT sitting in front with a photo book to choose from. Guess what, all photos look the same, so it's a waste of time.

- Bars and pubs open as usual, because you go there at night.

- Pacific closing 3am, Newton at 6am. :D

In conclusion, if you aim at booking from joints, wait one month and come back after Ramadan. I mostly aim at FLs, so I think I will still have some chances (one year ago, I had a LOT of fun and good experiences).
Unfortunately, I am not free to choose the period of my visits as I wish, unbound from work requirements.

Shall continue from where i left off regarding my recent trip...

After that nice massage went back to hotel to have a nice shower and relax a bit. Cos tropical asia bath tub really like no water :confused: only use to wash my lil buddy. Since BCS mall was nearby decided to haf a walk around after which. Oh yea earlier on bot a simpati sim card at 10k rupiah to call my ojek as and when i liked so i had freedom to roam ard.

Walked around for a bit there were 1 or 2 hot indo chinese milf.. Really felt like molesting them. hahaha.. Anyways bot some stuff i.e slippers and bermz for everday use back home.. And since i was kind of fresh from bonk and still recharging decided to watch man of steel since it just opened recently.. ticket price was about $3-$4? Cinema was almost empty but din matter.. away from crowded sg once in a while was nice.. Tapaoed cheap lunch after movie cos weather was really humid to eat back in my room

Called ojek to pick me up soon after my meal.. It was ard 3 plus already..Decided to go behind utama area wanted another round of massage.. Went in all e shops.. Ala mayang, princess, tulip.. all ceweks booked! All asked me to wait.. at that point was quite turned off.. So decided not to wait.. Ask ojek bring me around first.. Ojek brought me to jodoh area instead where they sell second hand stuff.. Im guessing these are e stuff some of our bros family give to their indo maids n they decide to sell em there.. I was telling him some of the stuff here might actually cost more den what they are selling for.. But heck i din come here for shopping but for memek :D

And this is the part of my journey where i met ocha the D-cupper who spoilt part of my trip.. :(
