Great game by Pool, Sterling n Coutinho should have scored too! N we did not concede any goals. |
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
Aiya.. spurs last minute win, else pool leap frog to 6th place.
Now temporary 7th. Hammers should win Hull city and we will drop back to 8th. At least pulling away from the below pack |

I'm not sure why Gerrard was not on the bench.
Should Coutinho and Sterling be removed, the attack would have been poor. Lucas gives the team a great deal of defensive cover while Henderson had a good game. |

Pool had went on a 8 game unbeaten streak in the EPL...:) |
Re: Liverpool Fc @ Anfield - Reds Supporters Gatherings
We played against a very poor Villa team but I still give credit to Pool for a job well done. We missed a few good chances but luckily still managed to convert 2. It's good to see the team playing with more fluidity now, esp Marko. The fact that we did well without SG n Lallana made it more commendable.
Some say, Pool's good run of form coincided since Lucas played in every game. Do u agree bros? |

the players are good international players...just have to play together more and have confidence...good that our strikers scored...a club will not be good if our strikers are not the goal scorers...bad for team is SG who is leaving is the top scorer...:) anyway the coming up Year of the wooden Ram is better for Liverpool...also better luck for BR who happened to be a rat and had tough year facing the Tai Sui/Grand Duke Jupiter...but Dragon is in side of Tai Sui in year of Ram....:) |

I'm sure many of us will agree Borini is a good striker, but he's more of a bit part striker i.e he'll only excel as sub or start once in a few matches ... something to the effect of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. He seems like a frustrated man who wants to remain at Pool but does not live up to expectations when given the chance. For a striker still worth 15m thereabt in the mkt, I say sell him if a good offer comes in. As for Lambert, we got him for free. He's not as good as we have seen him at Sotong. But I think we can still use him for domestic Cup games which he can be a handful. He may not be fanciful like Suarez or Sturridge but he could still deliver occasionally. I think we can still keep him as long as his wages are not too demanding. Nothing much to say about Mario. If a good offer comes in, or if we have to cut small loss, sell him fast! 22 matches are more than enough to judge a striker's worth! |
