Actually there have been action taken behind the scenes...... just that they have not made public announcement. I know they have drafted legislation to be debated in the upcoming Parliament sitting to make it the responsibility of home owners to ensure their premises are not used for vice activities (similar to the renting of premises / harbouring of illegal immigrants situation several years ago). Owners of private premises used for vice activities will be prosecuted and the onus is on them to prove their innocence... owners of HDB premises will have their flats repossessed.

I oso understand the authorities oredi have a list of premises / owners whom they will whacked to be the scapegoats once the bill is passed in Parliament.
