It seems the situation might be getting contagious, ie, more and more MLs refusing to bare their tits and the reason(s) is/are not that obvious. Some may suggest it is a tactic to persuade the customer to pay more. Others might suggest it is the beginning of a KC trap. This thread is monitored by not only the authorities but the OKTs (and their clones and runners) as well. I would like to hear what they have to say.

As someone pointed out, if it is the ML's decision not to bare her tits, her chee-bye or any other part of her body - fine - just say it out loud and upfront. We can then make informed choices. Don't say the ML can provide breast massage or breast fuck and when asked, the ML would refuse to take off her top - then how to breast massage or breast fuck - please Mr OKT - teach us. Let's share accurate and truthful information - that way, the good ones will survive while the bad ones will just .... die off.

LTD quality has dropped sharply. This is disappointing given the price the ML charge.

I agree MLs should be down graded to tier 2 should they decided not to remove their clothes / top as part of the service.

As customers it is wise to raise our standards and expectation. Else we will be taken for granted by these MLs.

Whether an ML is at Tier 1 would still be based on the number of positive MRs she received as I have to be objective.

However, if an ML received more and more negative MRs due to not removing top, naturally she will be moved down the rank.

The onus is on every one to share his true experience here. The more the accurate the tiering is. :)

I think MRs need a standard format that can copy/paste and edit as required.
